On 11/9/2019, six brothers from Theta Omega Chapter manned the Omega Psi Phi booth at the Chestnut Street YMCA Career Day. Brothers , Doug Willis, Reginald McDaniel Sr., James Boggan, Furman Glenn, Richard McKnight and Darryl VanCleave were invited by The Chestnut Street YMCA Black Achievers Program to speak with high school students regarding their future college and Greek organization choices. More than 20 universities and local business leaders participated in the session that advised students on opportunities in higher education. The Theta Omega contingency was organized by Brother Doug Willis.
